Refunds and cancellation
No DateXLife paid sale is enabled by this candidate. Pro is priced at USD 4.99 monthly and USD 29.99 annually. Paid activation, the discretionary refund window and commercial terms still require approval.
Canceling renewal
When billing is enabled, use Account to cancel renewal or open the authenticated Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and is not itself a refund. Your plans are retained; extra plans become read-only and can be exported.
Requesting a refund
Contact support@patternprovenance.com with the DateXLife order reference and a short explanation. Do not send card details or private calendar content. You can also contact Paddle buyer support about a Paddle transaction.
The applicable Paddle Refund Policy, buyer terms and mandatory consumer rights govern provider decisions. This candidate does not narrow those rights or promise a discretionary refund window that has not been approved.
Status and access
A request may be awaiting review, approved or rejected. A full approved refund removes access for the refunded paid period; partial refunds and pending requests are recorded separately. A chargeback restricts access while it remains unresolved. Check your account for the verified result; an email or browser callback alone does not change entitlement.
